• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings & schematics

• Advanced diagnostics & troubleshooting skills

• Expertise in DB (Distribution Boards) and DP (Distribution Panels)

• Ability to supervise, guide, and mentor junior technicians Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate marine electrical activities on vessels and in the workshop

• Perform advanced diagnostics and resolve complex electrical issues

• Review, interpret, and update electrical drawings and schematics

• Oversee DB/DP installation, maintenance, and safety compliance

• Ensure all work meets marine electrical and safety standards

• Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for the electrical team

• Report progress and technical issues to management Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marine Electrician, preferably in a supervisory or lead role

• Strong understanding of marine electrical systems

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

• Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical drawings

• Experience with DB/DP systems is a strong advantage

• UAE Driving License is an added advantage

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition

Requirements

• Basic experience in marine electrical systems

• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly

• Good understanding of electrical safety practices

• Willingness to work on vessels and in workshop environments

• UAE Driving License is an added advantage
